@AbyssAbyss : That doubles the PICKED UP SKULLS, not your TOTAL SKULLS. Learn to read, yeah?
Yes, because Kingdom Rush totally created Tower-Defense games, or even Tower RTS games.
Apparently there are only 3 levels to this 'game', with the first two requiring you to either kill the enemies to progress, or reach the end of the stage. However, on the third stage, going over the end does nothing but reset the level. And if you manage to kill all the enemies in this section (laden with buggy tiles on ramps that slow the player avatar down) it ALSO does nothing...and you end up stuck in the pit at the end of the level with no way to reset.
Overall, this was CLEARLY rushed with no design or play-testing done and should have not be submitted for review. Finish the game and THEN upload it for review/acceptance.
So simple...yet so FRICKING ADDICTIVE!!!!
May have something to do with the "SMACK"ing into walls when you die.
Bug report: If you disallow information to be stored by flash from the game location and you die: You die forever (number keeps counting up...) and the screen goes black when you click "Repeat".
Got to Stage 10 = stuck.
Worse off, no ENGLISH hints...
Sheesh...English site means make it english. You don't even know what I;m saying, do you?
This game is really not worth your time...
You can rapid click and pull back your slingy with a cat ALL YOU WANT...but your better off not ever TRYING in all essance.
Having to pick up cats AND pull back a slingshot, which BTW, is a pain in the butt to aim at angled targets that are at your barrier...AND having over 20 damn cats attacking you on the 3rd round (I mean come on...I didn't even make 500points by then...how COULD I upgrade anything?!)
Sheesh, with me TRYING, they STILL got 90% of the damn barrier down in the 2nd round...I got the turret WAY to late, trap did NOTHING, and it's annyoing trying to bust your gullet pull clicking at ranged targets (and those stupid scat throwers...)
Ballance issues up the wazzu, gameplay isn't the slightest bit fun (period...), and the only 'good thing' was the voiceings for picking up items and the tutorial...that's ALL that I liked.
Your better off playing something else...
Fun, but the stupid difficulty arc...
I fully agree with "digigibbs"...the dificulty goes up WAY to fast, making some levels MUCH harder then they need to be.
And don't get me started on how those lightning bugs shoot HOMING BULLETS at you that could arc into areas that were needed for you to be safe in in order to progress (is you had been moving...) making everything that much harder...
And as for the lvl design, it was fine, but maybe a little bit more diversity was needed...some more enemies would have been good as well (as long as they weren't as anoying as those bugs...)
8/10 (due to difficulty stealing fun from the game...)
I agree with that difficulty part...
I got all the way up to the summoning part and got stuck because the instructions are vague as to what the symbols mean (the ones you have to color...they're not in order, so how were we supposed to tell which symbol was named what when there were no clues given about them before hand?) and what color they were supposed to be.
Still was a good game.
WIN! : 16m20s!
Damn this game gave me a headache with trying to figure out the 2 colors and weird controls (Up? Down? Where the heck am I anyway?!), but after some trial and error, I got it all down.
And the basic rule of every maze (to find your way out), is to keep your hand on one wall...you'll find your way out eventually! I just keep going back and forth and seeing what the paths were showing heading in the way to the exit and viola!~ Win!
One thing that needs to change...all this red and black. It's confusing. Maybe make the ground brick or something, or add some level themes! It'll add more spice!
(PPS. The hardest level was the last one mostly due to having to find what black spot at the top was the proper one to stand on...lol)
